POWER OF WOMEN AWARDS 2026

An Evening of Impact and Inspiration

On 5 March 2026, Dress for Success Greater London hosted its annual Power of Women Awards, amid stunning surroundings at Sidara, 150 Holborn, in central London. Joined by friends, supporters, and beneficiaries, we honoured individuals and organisations whose work has contributed to the advancement and empowerment of women, both locally and on a global scale.

The power, strength and solidarity in the room was palpable. We celebrated inspirational stories, actions and leadership, hearing from steadfast partners, dedicated volunteers, and incredible former clients. The room was full of 100 people who refused to be counted out.

#GiveToGain: Our Motto and Mandate

Each year, our Power of Women event is held to coincide with International Women’s Day on the 8 March. The 2026 International Women’s Day theme, ‘Give to Gain’, served as a backdrop and point of reflection for the evening.

#GiveToGain encourages a mindset of generosity, reminding us that when individuals, organisations and communities come together, opportunities and support for women increase. It’s exemplified by the work we do, and by the impactful partnerships we’re lucky to have. #GiveToGain is not just our motto: it’s our mandate.

In her closing remarks, our Executive Director, Samantha Latouche, reminded us that ‘giving is not a subtraction, but an intentional multiplication’. As each person in the room attested, when women thrive, we all rise.

As we enter our eleventh year, we will continue to be part of that change. Since our relaunch in 2025, we have supported over 12,000 women to secure gainful employment, allowing them to live with stability, dignity, and purpose.

On Thursday evening, we heard moving testimonials from women we have served, who walked into the room knowing they belong there. Truly, their transformations are nothing short of a miracle. We honoured those who are redefining what leadership looks like, giving their time, expertise, and advocacy without hesitation. This is what #GiveToGain looks like in action. It is the culmination of collective effort and a shared mission to build a fairer, more equitable future for all.
