About Us
Dress for Success Greater London is a registered UK charity that supports women from positions of disadvantage. We help unemployed and unempowered women into the workplace by providing professional clothing, interview coaching, and ongoing career coaching once they have secured employment.

Dress for Success Greater London is an affiliate of the US-based Dress for Success Worldwide. We opened our doors in 2015 and carry the torch for the organisation in London.

Dress For Success
Dressing Women from the Inside Out
We don’t just dress women for work; we dress them from the inside out. Our one-to-one styling and interview preparation sessions are designed to build our clients’ confidence, so that each goes into their interview feeling their best.
80% of our clients go on to secure work. Our services provide a launch pad that helps women achieve meaningful, long-term employment.
Our Clients and Referral Organisations
We work with women from diverse backgrounds, including prison leavers, care leavers, and those who have experienced homelessness. Many of our clients have experienced significant and traumatic life events, and our volunteers provide a holistic service that helps clients to feel seen, safe and supported.
Each woman’s journey to employment starts with a referral. We have over 300 referral organisations that are registered with us, including the Department for Work and Pensions (Jobcentre Plus), local authorities, educational institutions and social housing providers; we also work with other charities such as Crisis, Single Homeless Project, Twining Enterprise, London CRC and Resurgo Spear, to name a few.
We welcome referrals from currently unregistered organisations. Please get in touch to register a new organisation with us.
