Providing a Free Capsule Workwear Wardrobe
Clients who secure work will be given a capsule wardrobe of work-appropriate clothing to help them in their new role.
Our stylists provide clients with a capsule wardrobe of several outfits A capsule wardrobe consists of mix and match pieces that can be used to build several outfits for the first month of work.

This is particularly useful for new employees who may not be paid until after their first month of work. Clothing insecurity is a problem faced by many women leaving unemployment, and we tackle this by providing clean and suitable work clothing for those who are referred to us.

As with an interview preparation appointment, clients who visit us for a second dressing will get to keep all the items she is given.
Referring New Clients for a Second Dressing
You can refer a woman to receive a capsule wardrobe even if she was not supported by us ahead of her job interview, so long as she would be eligible for our interview preparation services and is coming out of unemployment.
We are happy to support women starting training programmes, apprenticeships and work placements.
