Continued Support
Providing a Pathway to Success
Once a woman is referred to us, we will follow her progress and offer continued support.
We provide a launch pad and a lifeline, in the truest sense, for disempowered women in London. Our mission is to help women find gainful, secure employment, and inspire them to kickstart a sustainable career.
After Her First Interview
We get in touch with clients who have had an interview to see how it went, and to find out whether they got the job.
Clients who secure employment after an interview can be re-referred to us for a second dressing, where they will receive a capsule wardrobe of work-appropriate clothing to help them in the first month of their new role.
Clients that are unsuccessful at interview are offered continued support and career guidance, which includes a CV review with one of our interview coaches.
Workplace Development Programmes
Dress for Success Greater London provides women with a range of career development programmes to help them build a successful career and achieve economic independence. These programmes are a key part of our core offering, and they reflect our commitment to helping women thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Women’s Career Launch Pad
Our Women’s Career Launch Pad initiative offers long-term support for clients who are on the cusp of getting a job, having been referred to us by one of our Referral Organisations, as well as women who have recently started a new job.
The Women’s Career Launch Pad gives women access to ongoing career mentorship over 11 months, covering nine sessions in total. The programme is designed to help women to navigate workplace challenges and build on their professional development. It touches on things like financial literacy, employment law, performance reviews, goal setting, and futureproofing their careers (against AI, for example).
Graduates of our Career Launch Pad find that they’re better equipped to deal with some of the difficulties or changes they might come across in their professional lives, whilst better understanding how they can successfully grow in their careers.
Professional Women’s Group
Our Professional Women’s Group is an inclusive virtual programme that’s designed to accommodate those women who, for whatever reason, cannot access our career development workshops in person. These monthly online sessions are delivered in partnership with Serenity Experience, and offer a dynamic, supportive community for women who are committed to their professional and personal growth.
Each month, expert speakers are invited to discuss topics including fashion and personal branding; empowerment and confidence building; career development and progression; legal considerations across industries; and health, wellbeing and work-life balance.
Our impactful partnership with Serenity Experience reflects our shared values of confidence, empowerment and sustainability in careers and wellbeing.

Corporate Workshops
We also partner with corporate organisations who wish to support our work by sponsoring a one-day workshop at our premises or theirs. These workshops give our corporate partners and their employees hands-on experience, helping to deliver vital workplace development sessions that actively support a woman’s journey into work.
Our corporate workshops are designed to help unemployed and under-employed women gain the skills they need to get a job. Attendees are referred by a Referral Organisation, or they may be invited by us directly. Workshops might include CV reviews, interview preparation skills and mock interviews, or anything else that the host organisation would like to offer (for example, looking at LinkedIn profiles, AI or transferable skills). We endeavour to work collaboratively with organisations to ensure these workshops are mutually beneficial for all those involved.
