As we mark International Women’s Day, we are reminded that the journey toward equity is not just about recognition: it’s about action, empowerment and real change. In 2025, Dress for Success Greater London hosted its eighth annual Power of Women Awards.
We celebrated a decade of impact; a decade of uplifting women and transforming communities. Held at The Skyline London, we brought together trailblazers, corporate leaders and changemakers to honour the resilience and achievements of women who are breaking barriers. It was more than just a celebration: it was a call to action.
Accelerating Action for Change
The theme for International Women’s Day 2025 was, ‘Accelerate Action’. It served as a reminder that progress happens when we intentionally create opportunities, advocate for equity and empower the next generation.
The 2025 Power of Women Awards was a celebration of the women who have paved the way, but it also honoured the partners and allies who continue to champion gender equality. Their contributions and commitment to change offer a blueprint for the future, ensuring that every woman has the tools and confidence she needs to thrive.
