Power of Women Awards 2017
In celebration of International Women’s Day 2017, Dress for Success Greater London held its inaugural Power of Women awards, celebrating the individuals and organisations that inspire and empower women to succeed.

Held at the CBI’s offices in Cannon Place, London, the event was attended by over 200 people. A canapé and cocktail reception provided ample time for guests to mingle before the ceremony started. Alongside the distribution of our awards, we hosted a panel discussion on the trajectory of women in the workplace.
​
On the panel we were delighted to welcome Lucy Choi, Vanessa Vallely, Mariah Huq and Angie Greaves (Magic Radio), who chaired the discussion.
​
The recipient of our Client of the Year was Jessie Jones, who overcame a host of challenges, including substance misuse and homelessness, to secure employment and transform her life. Read Jessie’s story here.
