At Dress for Success Greater London, we are proud to celebrate a powerful milestone: our Founder and Chair, Juanita Ingram, was recently featured on the cover of London Business Matters magazine alongside broadcast legend Kate Garraway. This recognition shines a spotlight on the 2025 Power of Women Awards—a signature event that has grown into a global celebration of women’s leadership, inclusion, and impact.

Now in its eighth year, the Power of Women Awards was created to honor and uplift women who are breaking barriers across industries—from business and media to healthcare and entrepreneurship. Hosted earlier this spring at Blue Orchid Hospitality’s The Skyline London, this year’s event was a night of inspiration, resilience, and collective momentum. It brought together trailblazers, corporate partners, and changemakers who continue to redefine what leadership looks like.
“This is more than a celebration. It’s a movement,” shared Juanita Ingram during her remarks. “Progress doesn’t just happen—we make it happen. And when women succeed, communities, businesses, and economies succeed.”
The 2025 awards echoed this year’s International Women’s Day theme, #AccelerateAction, underscoring our commitment to not just imagine change—but to lead it.
From honoring C-suite leaders to recognizing grassroots innovators, the Power of Women Awards reflects the mission that Dress for Success has championed for over a decade: equipping women with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Blue Orchid Hospitality and all of our event partners and supporters who made this incredible celebration possible. Your continued commitment helps us uplift even more women and expand our impact.

As we look ahead to March 2026, we invite you to join us in continuing the work. Because when women are empowered, they empower others.
