Our latest campaign, #MeetTheChallenge, has been launched to coincide with International Women’s Day and its theme #GiveToGain.
#GiveToGain encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration. It reminds us that, when individuals, organisations and communities come together and give generously, opportunities and support for women increase.
#MeetTheChallenge is a match-funded campaign that asks us to support women’s advancement, empowerment, and economic independence. All donations made to this fundraiser will be doubled, meaning more women in London can get the support they need to live with stability, dignity and purpose.
This campaign has been launched in partnership with a remarkable young woman, Naomi Jiang. Naomi approached us, offering her support to raise vital funds that help deliver our core services. Through her emerging career as an influencer and youth advocate in Britain’s fashion industry, Naomi champions the power of fashion, understanding its unique ability to transform, inspire, and be a vehicle for good.
Naomi explained what inspired her to approach Dress for Success Greater London, and what #GiveToGain means to her:
I always felt that fashion is a tool to build others’ perception…the right tailored suit or the perfect floral dress can not only allow you to carry yourself in a more confident way, but also other people will see you as the powerful woman that you are. I think there’s just so much to gain by giving back to the community, by helping advocate for women’s rights in the workplace, and to just give back to the wonderful women that help build our community.

The campaign will be running until 6 June 2026, when the total amount will be match-funded. We want to say a huge thank you to Naomi, who truly exemplifies what #GiveToGain is all about. Her generosity, enthusiasm, and dedication to women’s empowerment is inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder of this impactful new partnership.
We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to those who have donated to the campaign so far. Less than one week in, we’ve raised over £5,000 – an incredible amount that will transform the lives of the women we support.
