Juanita Ingram on BBC Radio London

Our Founder and Chairperson, Juanita Ingram, was invited to discuss the trajectory of women in the workplace on BBC Radio London. This came ahead of the inaugural Power of Women awards, 2017, and was broadcast as part of the Inspirit programme, hosted by Jumoke Fashola.

Juanita touched on some of the key issues affecting women in employment, including work-life balance and the barriers that prevent women from succeeding in the workplace. She discussed our mission and services, and highlighted the importance of support networks for women in their careers.
