On July 1st, Dress for Success Greater London had the privilege of attending the AIM Employability Event hosted at The Warren in Bromley. Organised by the London Borough of Bromley, Children, Education and Families—and supported by @LinkinBromley—this initiative aimed to connect Children Looked After and Care Leavers with meaningful education, training, and employment opportunities.

Throughout the day, it was clear just how impactful this work is. Young people explored resources, made connections, and asked thoughtful questions about their next steps. The energy in the room was hopeful, driven, and deeply inspiring.
At Dress for Success Greater London, we remain committed to helping individuals achieve economic independence through support, suiting, and career development tools. Being part of events like this reaffirms our belief that empowering young people with the right tools and encouragement can change the trajectory of their lives.
A heartfelt thank you to our partners at @LinkinBromley for their vital role in this work—and to every young person who showed up with purpose and passion. Your future is bright.
