As the Founder and Chair of Trustees for Dress for Success Greater London, I am thrilled to share the remarkable progress and developments within our organization. Your unwavering support continues to drive our mission forward, empowering us to make a significant impact in the lives of women across our community.

Since our relaunch in 2015, Dress for Success Greater London has served over 11,000 women, helping them to regain employment and achieve economic independence. Each year, we assist approximately 1,100 women, contributing to savings of over 6 million pounds for the city of London. These achievements highlight the effectiveness of our programs and the dedication of our staff and volunteers.

We are now embracing a dynamic period of growth and operational restructuring at Dress for Success Greater London. With the expansion of our team and the restructuring of our operations, we are enhancing our capacity to reach and support more women. This is a time of strength and stability for our affiliate, as we continue to leverage our proven strategies and extend our impactful programs to all women seeking employment or career advancement. Our commitment to workforce development is captured in our new slogan: Workforce | Wardrobe | Women.
