Client Success Stories: Meet Hayley

This series celebrates our clients’ inspirational stories of success and reflects the transformative impact of our work.

Today, we’re honouring Hayley, a former Dress for Success Greater London client. Hayley appeared in a campaign video for Dress for Success Worldwide, which you can watch in full here. Introduced by our Global Ambassador, actress Scarlett Johansson, Hayley kindly shares her story, and credits our charity for supporting her to transform her life for the better, saying:

Thanks to Dress for Success, I belong…I have risen from the ashes to conquer my fears and help others. When you support Dress for Success, you’re helping rebuild somewhere; you’re helping someone turn their whole life around.

Hayley is an ex-offender and a mother. She experienced unspeakable loss and grief after losing her third child, a baby boy, and turned to Dress for Success Greater London to help get her life back on track. Hayley faced some unimaginably difficult challenges, and her strength is truly inspirational. We thank Hayley for sharing her story, and we’re honoured to have been part of her journey.

We provide vital support to women from all walks of life, including those who have been incarcerated. We give women with experience of the criminal justice system the tools they need to build a better future for themselves and their families. By helping women like Hayley to find employment upon release, we’re supporting their long-term rehabilitation.
