We are always in need of high-quality, work-appropriate clothing that is clean and wearable. These items are worn by our clients in their upcoming job interviews or when starting work
Items We Accept
We’re grateful to receive the following donations:
Gently-Used Women's Workwear
We accept clean and wearable women’s work clothing that is suitable for interviews or the workplace. Please make sure that items are cleaned and folded neatly for delivery; we also ask that you do not remove sizing labels from any garment. Please do not include coat hangers. We do appreciate high-street style shopping bags, however.
Handbags, Shoes & Other Accessories
We accept quality handbags, shoes and other accessories that are suitable for the workplace. Please only send items that are in a clean and wearable condition. Generally speaking, if it’s something that will make our clients feel fabulous at interview or in work, we’re happy to receive it.

New Cosmetics & Toiletries
We are grateful to accept donations of new cosmetics, including skincare and make-up items. Please bear in mind that we are dressing women for the workplace, so nude colours are preferred. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept used or unsealed cosmetics and toiletries of any sort.

Financial Donations
We are grateful for monetary donations to help us to continue to operate and provide our vital services. For security reasons, we ask that you do not put money in the pockets of donated clothing items. Please visit our donations page for more information.

Getting Your Donation to Us
We accept donations are our premises: Dress for Success Greater London, Albany House, 94-98 Petty France, London, SW1H 9EA.
Donations are regularly received in person, by taxi, courier or post. Please let us know in advance if you’re planning to donate in person, or if you’ll be sending a taxi or courier.
Donation Acceptance Times
We only accept personal donations of clothing between 12 pm and 3 pm, Wednesday to Friday. For donations sent by courier or post, please aim for them to arrive on these days.
This timeframe helps us to manage our stock turnover and process donations properly, while continuing to deliver our core services to clients. We will continue to monitor donation flows and review as necessary. Occasionally, we may put callouts on our social media platforms requesting specific stock sizes or types. Please follow us for updates.
