Your gently used workwear gives a woman a new start.
We are always in need of high quality, gently used workwear that will be suitable for use by our clients in their upcoming job interview or work.
Changes to donation acceptance times
As of November 2023, we now only accept personal donations of clothing to be made between 12pm and 3pm, Wednesday to Friday. For donations sent by courier or post, please aim for them to arrive on these days of the week.

This change has been implemented to help us keep on top of the turnover of stock and processing of donations while continuing to deliver our much-needed services to clients. We will continue to monitor donation flows and review as necessary.

Gently-used women's work appropriate clothing
We only accept gently-used and new women’s clothing that is suitable for interview or the workplace. Please make sure that items are cleaned, folded neatly, and that you do not remove the sizing label from any garment.
We ask you to please not include coat hangers however high-street style shopping bags are appreciated.

Handbags, accessories, shoes and new cosmetics
Generally speaking, if it’s something that will make our clients feel fabulous at interview or in work, we’re happy to accept it.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept used or unsealed cosmetics of any sort.

Pounds in the pocket
Clothes are at the heart of what we do, but they don’t keep the lights on. Small financial donations in addition to, or in lieu of your gently-used workwear enable us to continue to operate and provide this vital service.
For security reasons we ask that you do not provide donations in the actual pockets of donated clothing items.
Getting your donation to us
We accept donations at our premises Dress For Success Greater London, 10A Leather Lane, London EC1N 7SS.
Donations are regularly received in person, by taxi, courier and post. Please let us know in advance if you're planning to donate in person or are sending a taxi or courier so that we can be ready to accept the donation.
Donations on behalf of private individuals are accepted between 12pm and 3pm, Wednesdays to Fridays.
