ABOUT POWER OF WOMEN

Power of Women is an annual celebration of women and their achievements, recognising individuals who inspire others to succeed, organised by Juanita Ingram, Founder and Trustee Chairman of charity Dress for Success Greater London.

Power of Women Awards and Panel event will provide two energetic celebrations of inspirational

women who have paved the way in various sectors. This year we are celebrating our fifth year

anniversary by highlighting five client stories. Guests will enjoy a cocktail and canapé reception. This year we will be inspired by our keynote speaker, fashion designer and former model Melissa Odabash.

Over the past three years, we celebrated women forging paths in their respective fields and industries including Stephanie Phair, Vanessa Vallely of We Are The City, Mariah Huq of Bravo TV’s Married to Medicine, Angie Greaves, Annika Allen, Dr Susan Bewley, Vannessa Amadi – Ogbonna, Maria Grachvogel, Adrianna Papell, Lesley Wan, Dame Fiona Woolf DBE DL and Lucy Choi of Lucy Choi London. This year’s awardees include, but are not limited to, Joanna Dai, Nick Ede, Annie Price, Net a Porte, Yetunde Hofmann, Joi Gordon (CEO of Dress for Success Worldwide, Sharon Barner, Caroline Bedford, Weils, Gotshal & Manges and many more.

The panel discussion will focus on the International Women’s Day theme #EachForEqual – a call for more gender balance in the world. This year’s panelists include Kathryn Dooks, Jenny Winch, Pretty Sagoo, and Yetunde Hofmann. The evening will consist of a moderated panel discussion led by the charity’s Founder and Fashion Philanthropist Attorney Juanita Ingram.

Power of Women Awards will this year be held at Weils, Gotshal & Manges and Arnold Porter over two separate events, and will be sponsored by Purpose Productions Inc., Adrianna Papell, Weils, Gotshal & Manges, Arnold Porter and many others.

Tickets are on sale now at https://powerofwomen.events for either event.
