Continued Support
Once a woman is referred to us, we will follow her progress and support her in every way we can.

We get in touch with clients who have had an interview to see how it went and to find out if she got the job.

Clients that secure employment after their interview are automatically invited back for a second appointment to receive outfits for work.

Clients that are unsuccessful at interview are offered a careers chat wherein she will be given career guidance and CV review by one of our interview coaches.

In the long term, clients are invited to become part of our Professional Women's Group (PWG) support network, providing them access to mentoring and career development advice.
